The cookbook tells about barbecuing, smoking, spit barbequing, spit baskets along with recipes and color illustrations. Recipes for Breads, Desserts, Fish and Seafood, Fruits, Marinades, Glazes, Relishes, Sauces, Meats and Game, Poultry and Wild Fowl, Salads and Vegetables. Used copy shows moderate wear with tear to front cover at spine, worn and tattered edges on cover, some missing paper along spine of cover and on upper right of rear cover. Interior pages are fine with the exception of a few small edge tears near rear of book.
