The front of the book tells about the advantages of cooking with these ingredients and covers the USDA dietary guidelines. Recipe categories are Breakfasts and Brunches, Appetizers and Beverages, Soups, Salads and Dressings, Main Dishes, Vegetables and Desserts. Each recipe is marked with a symbol of the product used for easy identification. Illustrated with color photos. Book shows some wear and use. Cover and page are tight in the plastic comb binding. Some wear to cover on edges, corners and near binding holes. Light edgewear to a couple of the interior pages from damp fingers. Faint creasing on cover. Observed a couple of small food stains near the edges of a couple of pages.
