Muffins, Cream Sauce Dishes, Cream Soups, Fish and Meat Sauces, Brown Sauces, Souffles, Cookies, Ices, Candies, Cakes, Frostings, Doughnuts, Bread Puddings, Gelatin Desserts, Bavarian Creams and Custards. Good condition, there is some wear and soiling. Previous owner has tied a string to the binding (for hanging, I believe) and there are small slits in the center creases of the pages and cover at the top and bottom. Some edgetears and bent corners.
